> Submission Link will be opened between 9:00AM – 05:00PM on 20th November 2023
> Results will be announced by 7:00PM on 24th November 2023.
> Entries must follow the competition theme.
> Jury Committee Decision is Final.
> Submissions  must not exceed more then 25MB.

  1. Indian Folk Tales and Mythology: Encourage children to dress up as characters from popular Indian folk tales or mythological stories, such as Ramayana, Mahabharata, or stories from regional folklore.
  1. Historical Figures: Let kids portray famous historical figures from India’s rich history, like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Rani Lakshmi Bai, or other prominent personalities.
  2. Wildlife and Nature: Children can dress up as animals, birds, or elements of nature found in India, promoting environmental awareness and conservation.
  3. States of India: Each child can represent a different Indian state, showcasing its unique culture, traditions, and famous personalities.
  4. Famous Indian Personalities: Kids can choose to dress as their favorite contemporary Indian personalities, be it sports stars, actors, or scientists.
  5. Superheroes with an Indian Twist: Combine the concept of superheroes with Indian elements to create unique characters. For example, “Indian Superheroes” with special powers related to Indian culture.
  6. Cultural Festivals: Children can represent various Indian festivals like Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, or any regional festivals, highlighting the cultural diversity of India.
  7. National Symbols: Let kids become the living symbols of India, such as the national flag, peacock, tiger, or any other national symbol.
  8. Space and Science: Encourage children to explore the world of space and science by dressing up as astronauts, scientists, or celestial bodies.
  9. Historical Eras: Kids can transport themselves to different historical eras of India, like the Mughal Empire, the Indus Valley Civilization, or the British Raj.
  10. Remember to choose a theme that is suitable for the age group of the children participating and provides them with an opportunity to learn, be creative, and have fun.
 
  1. Top 25 Drawings, Fancy Dress, Singing, Dancing, and Unique Talent videos and photos will be featured on our Official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ciedrofficial.

  2. The duration of the voting period will be communicated to you via WhatsApp.

  3. The top 3 prizes will be awarded based on the scores generated from social media votes, with the following points system:

    • Like: 1 point
    • Comment: 2 points
    • Share: 3 points
  4. Participants are responsible for promoting their submissions.

  5. Media submissions will be posted in ascending order of names.

  6. Votes received after the deadline will not be counted.

  1.  Participants must create original artwork for the competition.
  2. Each participant can submit only one entry.
  3. Artworks must be submitted in a digital format JPEG,PDF or PNG only.
  4. Artwork dimensions should not exceed A3 Sheet.
  5. The name of participant, Registration ID, Category and title of the artwork must be in the Drawing Sheet.
  6. All submitted artworks must be original and created solely by the participant.
  7. Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited.
  8. Participants retain the copyright to their artwork but grant the event organizers the right to display and promote their entries.
  9. Digital arts are not accepted.
  10. All entries must be submitted by Deadline.
  11. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  12. Artworks will be shortlisted based on creativity, technical skill, and overall visual impact.
  13. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
  14. Any violation of these rules and regulations will result in immediate disqualification.
  15. Inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content will not be tolerated.
  16. For public voting component, participants are encouraged to promote their entries to garner votes.
  17. Judges’ decisions are final for the shortlisting, how ever winner will chosen upon the social media voting.
  18. All important announcements, updates, and results will be communicated through the official event website or social media channels.
  1. The competition is open for children aged between 5-17 years
  2. Participants can choose desired costumes or characters Related to theme.
  3. Each participant should deliver a short narration on his or her character.
  4. No face covering masks are allowed
  5. No hazards materials allowed
  6. Sound tracks are not allowed
  7. Sounds relating to expressions and gestures are allowed
  8. Maximum time on stage including narration= 2 mins
  9. Only solo performance is allowed
  10. Exceeding time will lead to disqualification.
  11. No static postures are allowed
  12. Participants will be judged according to character portrayed, creativity and presentation skills.
  13. Any violation of these rules and regulations will result in immediate disqualification.
  14. Inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content will not be tolerated.
  15. If there is a public voting component, participants are encouraged to promote their entries to garner votes.
  16. The final decision will be made by a combination of judges’ scores and public votes.
  17. All important announcements, updates, and results will be communicated through the official event website or social media channels.
  1. Sub Junior Category is not Allowed.
  2. The essay should be within a word Limit. It should not exceed the word limit or else, it would lead to disqualification. 
  3. Word Limit Junior:300 words, Senior: 500 words, Youth: 1000 words.
  4. All entries must be submitted on www.ciedr.org/submit only. Entries submitted through any other medium/mode would not be considered for evaluation.
  5. A participant can send only one entry. In case it is found that any participant has submitted more than one entry, all the entries will be considered as invalid for the said participant. 
  6. The entry should be original and handwritten.
  7. Mention of the author’s name, email and registration number.
  8. No requests relating to claims of re-evaluation of the entries will be considered.
  9. The decision of the committee will be final and binding to all the entries.
  10. At any stage of evaluation, if an entry is found to violate the guidelines, the entry will be removed from the evaluation process without giving any intimation.
  11. The essay can be submitted only in English.
  1. Only Single participation is allowed.
  2. The medium of the questions will be only English.
  3. There will be no screening round.
  4. On the highest score in minimum time winners will be declared.
  5. Rules and Regulations can be change on time which will depend upon circumstances and number of Entries.
  6. Multiple attempts will be not considered.

  1. You should write in your Original, Natural Handwriting and at your usual speed.
  2. Handwriting video must be uploaded through the Submission form. 
  3. Kids need to be ready with any kind of sheet , Pencil , Eraser, Writing pad for attending contest online.
  4. Maximum video must be 5 mins time.
  5. Parents can dictate kids with spelling or kids can have copy of the same to copy and wright while contest.
  6. Parents should not try to wright behalf of kids and parents should not come on frame while writing. In such case contestant will be disqualified from the contest.
  7. Parents has to prepare Handwriting contest sheet by filling their kids name, Age , Std along with contest date clearly prior contest.
  8. Handwriting sheet need to be submitted with us in online form separately in the submission form.
